A complex blend of Muscat Ottonel, Kerner and Gewurztraminer, a special dessert wine, obtained from grapes harvested early and dehydrated until they turned raisins.
The result of this meticulous winemaking technique is a small liquid gold jewel with a high aromatic load.
The color of the wine is yellow with amber iridescence. The nose is very expressive, with melon, elderflower and incense, to which are added subtle mineral accents.
The body of the wine is supple and elegant. The level of acidity perfectly supports the residual sugar and the alcohol is absolutely imperceptible. The wine is sweet, with beautiful citrus touches and notes of honey, quince and candied peaches.
The aftertaste is long and fresh, leaves impressions of exotic fruits andwhite raisins.
