Castel Vinum

A blend of Pinot Noir and Merlot. An unusual combination, although jovial and full of freshness. A wine that resembles to a large extent a Beaujolais, especially if we consider the intensely fruity character, the texture and the amazing ease with which the glass ends.

The color of the wine is light cherry and the nose comes with an explosion of red fruit, cocoa and fine traces of tobacco. The body with delicate tannins has perfectly integrated alcohol and an invigorating acidity.

The taste brings the most cherries, blackberries and black currants and in the background hints of bitter chocolate and mineral notes.

The aftertaste is fresh and juicy, leaves rustic impressions of red berries and licorice.
